We start by looking at the whole child and then focus on their strengths to build out an individualized plan to help them overcome whatever obstacles they are facing.

Hello. I’m Genna Ricotta. I am a certified Speech Language Pathologist and Director/Founder of Small Steps Speech and Feeding, LLC. I’m also a busy wife, mom of two boys, and fur mom.
We all wear so many hats these days it’s hard to keep up with everything we think we should do for ourselves and our children. And I love helping lighten the load for parents and giving them a roadmap of sorts to help guide their child through their development.
As a parent, I understand you don’t want to have one more thing to argue with your child about so we make therapy fun for everyone! Our team of tight-knit therapists are here to create a fun and enjoyable therapeutic experience for your child while targeting the struggles you are facing at this point.
My vision for Small Steps is to be a community where we can help navigate the obstacles and celebrate the victories.
